Biography
Dr. Jephnei Orina is an attorney licensed in Texas and Massachusetts and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He brings a broad legal background and an international perspective to the practice of family law. Dr. Orina assists clients in divorce, custody disputes, enforcement matters, protective orders, immigration-related family issues, and civil litigation matters. He understands that family law cases often involve personal and difficult issues, and he works to help clients navigate those challenges with clarity, preparation, and steady advocacy.
Dr. Orina earned his Doctorate in Law, S.J.D., in Data Privacy from Suffolk University School of Law in 2026. He also earned his LL.M. in International Business Law from Northeastern University School of Law in 2024, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law in 2023, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi in 2021, and a Bachelor of Education Arts from Kisii University in 2018. He is currently completing his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. His academic background gives him a foundation in legal analysis, business, finance, privacy, and policy.
Dr. Orina’s work includes family-based immigration, naturalization, humanitarian immigration matters, administrative proceedings, civil litigation, employment disputes, commercial matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal support.
