Biography

Jacqueline “Jacqui” McNutt is a dedicated family law attorney who is committed to providing compassionate yet strategic representation in all areas of family law. Her practice includes divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, modifications, enforcements, custody for non-parents, and grandparent visitation matters. With more than a decade of combined legal and paralegal experience, Jacqui offers clients both seasoned perspective and results-driven advocacy.

Jacqui graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2013, where she earned the Amjur Award in Children in the Legal System and gained valuable courtroom experience through her work in the Juvenile Clinic in Rankin County Youth Court. Before becoming an attorney, she spent over ten years as a family law and estate planning paralegal, a foundation that accelerated her success as a trial lawyer and gave her a deep, practical understanding of the legal system.

Clients value Jacqui’s realistic, solution-focused approach and her unwavering commitment to placing the needs of children first in every case. She has extensive experience representing parents who have been victims of parental alienation, successfully restoring rightful visitation and helping families rebuild healthier co-parenting environments. Her ability to recognize, prevent, and address parental alienation has been instrumental in protecting children’s best interests and preserving parent-child relationships.

While family law is her primary focus, Jacqui also practices in wills and estate planning, probate matters, corporate and LLC formation, and other areas of civil litigation. Across all practice areas, she is driven by a passion for justice, a commitment to due diligence, and a desire to secure long-term, meaningful results for her clients.
